Lacie entering usb 3.0 external hard drives market with minimus and rikiki

LaCie has popped out their brand in the USB 3.0 HDD market with two of their new products.

One of the is the Rikiki, which previously released under the USB 2.0 standard and it’s now coming with USB 3.0 support.

The second one is LaCie Minimus, which is their new series that comes with slim design but has a large storage.

Both of LaCie Rikiki and LaCie Minimus comes with nice looking brushed aluminum sturdy case with bold design.

Inside the case there is a resilience from blunders, fully recyclable and it’s capable of throwing out heat even better than their previous LaCie External hard drive.

Both Minimus and Rikiki are compatible with Windows and Mac OSX, and they’ll get a 10GB Wuala online storage, plus a LaCie’s software suite to automation the backup process from your PC to the hard drive.

LaCie Rikiki USB 3.0 external hard drive is going to cost $99.99 for the 500GB model, while LaCie Minimus is going to cost $129.99 for the 1TB option.
