6. Wear rubber sandals or water shoes when use public showers or locker rooms to avoid being infected by the fungus.

7. Be careful with your socks. Sure they always use clean socks and dry. If possible, choose white socks that are made of cotton or acrylic, you can absorb the extra moisture your feet. If you are prone to sweating, make sure to bring spare pairs of clean socks so that you can edit your feet are wet. Do not put color to prevent irritation caused by the dyes.

8. Wear shoes alternately. Whenever possible, avoid using the same pair every day, especially if you work in a gym.
